Javed Masih, Lead Consultant bij Inclusief Nederland, brengt meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in sociaal werk, onderwijs en gemeenschapsbetrokkenheid bij onder andere vluchtelingenwerk, Leger des Heils en stichting Gave. Hij combineert academische en praktische expertise om inclusie en diversiteit in organisaties te bevorderen. Met een master in Vrede, Trauma & Religie en Human Resources Management, publiceerde hij het boek No Longer Strangers?, dat ingaat op inclusie en gemeenschapsopbouw.
Javed heeft ervaring met projecten zoals educatieve initiatieven voor kwetsbare groepen, vluchtelingenbegeleiding en interculturele trainingen. Hij excelleert in advies over inclusieve werkplekken en culturele bruggenbouw. Meertalig en gedreven zet hij zich in om inclusieve doelen tastbaar te maken voor bedrijven en gemeenschappen.
